Originally from Banteay Meanchey, I have been actively involved in youth and social activities since 2006. Over the last decade, I have transitioned from a curious student to a key figure in Cambodia's tech ecosystem.
Currently, I specialize in Digital Literacy and Internet Safety. My mission is to ensure that as Cambodia goes digital, its people stay safe, informed, and creative.

Professional Experience
Co-producing investigative reports and high-impact educational content. Together, we expose digital sovereignty issues (such as the Google Maps investigation) and champion cyber hygiene best practices for the Cambodian public.
Producing engaging content blending technology, digital literacy, and travel storytelling. I review the latest gadgets, raise awareness on cybersecurity, and create cinematic travel vlogs to inspire exploration.
Leading training programs for NGOs and civil society on digital safety and literacy. Facilitating workshops to empower organizations with secure digital practices.
Training government officials in ICT skills, digital literacy, and cybersecurity. Developing curriculum for "Digital Content for Presentations" and mobile productivity.
Managing nationwide tech events for over a decade. Coordinating speakers, partnerships, and programs to foster innovation and community collaboration across Cambodia.
Co-produced 20 episodes of a Digital Literacy TV show. Conducted interviews, coordinated cybersecurity experts, and provided scriptwriting support.
Provided specialized ICT consultancy services for various projects in Phnom Penh.
Supported digital innovation projects for over 3 years. Contributed to the successful @DevInnoKH project until its completion.
